Under 14 National Trophy Maree Oranmore(Galway) 0 Caherdavin Celtic A 1 Our Under 14A team produced a magnificent performance on Saturday to qualify for the last 8 of the National Trophy following a hard earned victory in Galway. We had to battle hard in the first half to keep our hosts out as the had the advantage of the slope and the wind. Some great defending keep in level at half time. We came out a different team in the second half and gradually began to get on top. The winning goal was a screamer from 20 yards from Ashton Lillis Hayes that gave the keeper no chance. We held our composure for the remaining minutes to book our place in the last 8.Well played to everyone involved on an amazing achievement and we wish you the best in the last 8
